The retreat offers a getaway for writers at all levels interested in developing their craft and expanding their writing community. In October, the program will provide plenty of personal writing time bookended with a morning workshop led by award-winning authors and after-dinner critique sessions for those interested in giving and receiving feedback on their work. Not only will writers have uninterrupted time to write among supportive fellow writers in a peaceful environment, but the low-key mountain resort at Capon Springs and Farm is also the perfect location for serious hiking, swimming, golfing, stargazing, fishing, and eating. Don’t forget the enjoyable time on the writers’ porch, where lively discussions prevail, and close friendships begin. This retreat is capped at 12 people.
